Bing Maps Silverlight Control - Released over CTP

Microsoft has released version 1.o Bing Silverlight Map Control which supersedes the VirtualEArthSilverLightControl CTP. The new version can be downloaded here.  There are two dll in the msi installer package and a chm (sdk documentation)

If "C" is your windows drive , then the path to installation will be C:\Program Files\Bing Maps Silverlight Control\V1\Libraries


Migrating from CTP version to version 1.0, gives you instant errors in your project coz some namespaces names have been changed and few new classes have been added and some methods have been omitted/replaced by new ones

Also, now you should follow Bing Maps Silverlight Control Interactive SDK, instead of earlier Silverlight VE Map Control.
